Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days and you can anticipate delivery within the next 1-2 working days, sent through ParcelForce's trusted service.

Next-Day Delivery:
For those who need their purchase promptly, we offer a next-day delivery option at an additional cost of £6.95. Please ensure you place your next-day delivery orders by 3 pm, Monday to Friday. Note that purchases made after the cut-off time on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday, and this fast service excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays.

ParcelForce Policy:
For every order, delivery tracking is a standard. We'll provide you with the tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your order's journey. On the day of delivery, ParcelForce will notify you of the anticipated time slot for arrival. Remember, someone needs to be at the delivery address to receive your order.

PayPal Customers:
Customers who choose to pay via PayPal, please be aware that your order will be sent to the delivery address listed on your PayPal account, in accordance with PayPal's policies. Should there be any discrepancies or changes to your delivery address, we advise contacting the carrier directly to arrange for delivery to your preferred address. Additionally, updating your address within your PayPal account is recommended.
