Products must be returned within 28 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, undamaged, and unused, with the original ENVY tags attached and accompanied by all original protective materials.

We regret that we cannot accept returns of items that do not meet these conditions. Specifically, returns will not be accepted if:

• Items have been worn, altered, or washed.
• Items show any signs of use.
• Items are returned beyond the 28-day return period.
• Original ENVY tags are not attached, or the item is returned without essential protective materials (for instance, missing shirt packaging, clips, and boards).

Regarding colour accuracy, we have taken considerable measures to ensure that the colours of our products are represented as faithfully as possible on our website. However, due to variations in monitors, screens, and personal device settings, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see precisely matches that of the actual product.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, we allow the exchange of items for a different size in the same product. If the size you require is unavailable, we will process a refund for the returned item. Should you desire a different item, please initiate a new order. Further information can be found on our FAQ's.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, or if there are any discrepancies, such as missing or incorrect items in your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team within 5 working days from delivery. We are committed to rectifying any issues swiftly and to your satisfaction.
